When you build your own route, the builder shows which destinations are an easy hop from each other, and which go via Athens – and sorts the ferries and flights either way.

Once the trip has been created and reviewed, you can initiate the booking process by clicking 'Check Price’.

Check price & cancellation policy:

This screen includes an overview of the vacation plan, with:

• accommodation for each destination as well as flight and ferry tickets, as applicable, as well as the total price for your entire trip covering all the travelers.

• the individual cancellation policies for each accommodation as well as transportation choice.

Once you have reviewed the information, proceed with the booking by clicking “Check-out”.

Submit traveler information:

If you have not created an account with us yet, you will be asked to sign-up first. Next, you'll be prompted to provide the information for each traveler in your group, as required by the airlines, ferry companies and hotels for the booking. When you are done inserting your information, click “Continue”.

Submit payment details:

At the final step, you provide your card details, to proceed with the payment to book your trip. When you have inserted your payment details (and accepted the terms & conditions that apply), click “Complete booking”.

On the result screen; if the payment was unsuccessful you will receive an error message and if the payment was successful, your booking is confirmed and you will find a link to your booked vacation plan. You will also receive:

• an email with the payment receipt

• an email with your booking confirmation code, outlining all the other reservation emails you will receive

• for each accommodation on your vacation, an email with its details

• for each flight and ferry transportation on your vacation, an email with its details.

The WeAreTraveler discount codes are valid for a single booking and can be used only once, unless the discount restrictions state otherwise. The codes cannot be used cumulatively and are non-transferrable. The discount codes are valid for any booking value of €500 or more.

Each code has its own expiration date and cannot be used once the designated date has passed.

Also, bear in mind that a discount code is applicable only once per booking, so if you wish to change a booking completed with a WeAreTraveler discount code, the discount cannot be applied anew. This means you need to pay for any difference in price, including the original discount code value and any booking price difference.
